In general an ok taxi service. Cheaper than the main competitor in Plymouth by about 50p per journey under 3 miles. Cars always seem clean and tidy and the staff are friendly enough, even if some of them do appear to be in a hurry half the time! Quite a few of the drivers are foreign which i personally dont have a problem with except when they dont speak any english at all!! They are ok for taking you where you need to go and most times arrive on time when you book them, however if you need to be somewhere at a specific time urgently i would recommend booking it for at least 15 minutes before you actually want them to arrive!! I won't be using again. The price used to offset the fact that they are never on time, often arriving 20 mins plus late and having to be chased up. But the price differential between them and other firms has shrunk to make it no longer worth putting up with their tardiness. Add to that the rude way I was dealt with when trying to voice a complaint when I last used them, and I am done with this firm.
