It was raining and they couldn't get the poor little guy in the van because this guy parked so close in the yellow lines. The people had to go in and ask for someone to come move it. The guy comes out with an attitude saying "looks like a perfectly good spot to me. Looks like a spot." The dad of the kid was rightfully getting really annoyed and this guy was being a complete jerk, even though he was obviously wrong and caused this little guy to be in the rain while they tried to get him to move. The mom looked like she was about to cry. I heard the guy say "What are you going to do call my boss? Go for it. Call my boss" and then laughed. I looked on the website and he appears to be the owner, which is why he didn't care. I didn't call because I figured it would fall on def ears. Before you support JKS Home Improvement, I suggest you think about the kind of person you are dealing with!!! Then my 34 year old kitchen had to go! They gutted it and transformed it into a showcase. I was the subcontractor bought all the materials and they did the labor. As I have had my share of disabling issues, they always came over to help with the little things that I could not. I'm forever indebted to them.

Numerous calls and emails to them trying to find out when they will start went without and answer for the next week, they never answered the phone or emails. We finally got through to them, and they said they were short staffed and couldn't give us a start date. When we contracted with them to do the job, we were told they needed a deposit so they could order the materials, this was at the end of September. Come to find out a week and half after they were supposed to do the project the materials were never ordered. We told them to cancel the job and refund our money (which is a sizable amount). They told us only the owner could do that. After a few days go by the owner called and apologized and told us he would cancel the job and refund our money. That was over 3 weeks ago and still no check from them. I would not recommend them to anyone, they can't be trusted.
