The heating element in my oven burned out on the Saturday prior to Christmas. The landlord was unreachable, and not one local business carried elements in stock. Since this is a very small town, I didn't have the options that bigger cities have. If it hadn't been the holiday weekend, I could have ordered the part online. However, I had several items ready to be baked for the holidays, and company coming to visit. I needed my oven! After many calls, one local hardware store referred me to Simco. The kind owner took time out of his Saturday afternoon to check through his stock, and found an element that would work with my oven.
