Rip off merchants! The Robina store sold me 3 skin needling treatments a couple of weeks ago and made a further appointment for a month later. They then closed the store within a couple of weeks and have also since closed their other stores at Australia Fair and Capalaba Park. Absolutely no contact about my upcoming appointment or to refund the services I have paid for that I can no longer redeem. They are not responding to calls, emails or messages on social media. read more

I would rate 0 if possible. Rude staff - particularly the receptionist at Robina, over charged. Lousy service. Will not return ever.

A picture says a thousand words. So posted before and after photos after taking treatment. I went for hifu at this clinic for treatment in December endas I have important event happening in January. But just shocked at the result. My face looks deformed and square from the chin and jowls area.I am ashamed and very self--conscious meeting anyone after this result. Both owner and Dermal therapy nurse extremely rude, disorganised, verbally abusive and unprofessional.... almost 2 weeks to get hold of someone for a Groupon appointment, even though I'd sent numerous online booking forms/queries, emails and left messages. Shop closed with someone else treated at my booking time - this place is a joke read more
