I had some problems with routine bank transfers and they told me that they don't help with those sort of problems. I was really upset, as Chase's failure to process the transfer created an overdraft at another bank for which I was charged. All the branch staff offered to do was to close my account for me. Sorry, I deserve better after banking at Chase for over 40 years. My advice is go to a local bank, not this place whose only purpose seems to be to open new accounts for students.
