Real professional businessman at Simmons Home Inspection. Mr. Simmons did a great job on my home inspection and even waited on me to arrive at the home to go over all the things he found. Showed and explained everything in detail and took picture to explain exactly what he noticed or found. All details good or bad he went over before even doing his report, which I got back in a timely manner. A very detailed report and highlights of everything he spoke about at the home.
