Customer service is absolutely non-existent, they ignore emails, when you call they tell you that they will do something about the issue you're reporting, and then they don't do anything. Empty promises and lies, that's all they're good for. I've been told when my issues would be fixed and nobody ever came here to do it, I lost many hours of work due to their lies and I still can't use some appliances that were in the property before I moved and was assured that they would work. Do yourself a favour and STAY FAR AWAY from these cowboys.

I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were all very pleasant and professional, as first time buyers we felt a bit clueless but they were happy to explain everything to us in a way that made sense. When we put in our offer it took a while for the sellers to get back to us. I was prepared not to hear anything for perhaps a few days, but they had the courtesy to give us a call and explain that they were still waiting for an answer but they would get back to us as soon as possible, this was much nicer than being left waiting with no explanation. From a buyers perspective I would highly recommend Spencers as they seemed very fair and professional in all our dealings with them.

The window displays always looks good and the office is really spacious. The staff are always really friendly and happy to help. They are also really knowledgeable about the area and the houses they are selling. I found that they are not pushy either and just want to help you sell your house or look for a house. Pushy sales people can really put me off, but they don't come across like that at this branch of Connells. Connells is a really well known nationwide estate agents so it is one of the first that I look in as it is a trusted name. The Kettering branch is welcoming and they seem to put people at ease when you walk in there.

If you are looking to buy a property then this is definitely a branch of estate agents that I would try. They also have a good website and all of their properties are on the Rightmove website too.
