IT IS FLU SEASON YET NO ONE DECIDED TO SWAB FOR FLU OR STREP! The office manager states "Well no one hasn't been really coming here with the flu". This place is by far the worst physicians office I have ever visited! I won't be back, even if my life depended on it. They would probably let me die anyway considering they had done nothing for me when I was literally feeling like death the two times I visited in the same week! THANKS FOR NOTHING! Also forgot that they even billed me for an additional ~$200 for both visits. Tried to dispute the bill with the office manager regarding negligence and improper patient care, however she deducted $20 and said that was all about she could do. Thanks so much once again, because you guys did nothing but take my money to pay your awful physicians who couldn't even test me for the flu! Knowing how bad and red my throat was, didn't even attempt to swab for strep. This place is a joke!

After having been turned down by KSF where my surgeon is because I was in a wheelchair and could not get on their table without assistance, we stopped there on the way home to see if they could do it. The young lady there was great and got us appointment the next day. Then the technician took the table out to, us, got assistants to help get me on the table and sent the report to the doctor right away.

Sat on hold for a good 20 minutes before I realized I needed to go ahead and create an online account to book my appointment. **Keep in mind, not all people, especially those who are older and may need the services provided here, can adequately navigate an online portal as their only means of making an appointment. Shame on Tops for thinking everyone is tech savvy.** While I'm on hold (which is an endless loop of bad music and glowing personal renditions of why I should come here), I created an online account to schedule both my mammogram and a doctor-ordered bone density test. It took me a full 30 minutes to do that, and shortly before I actually got the appointment time I went ahead and hung up the phone. Fields on the online form are not saved; go to the next page and you have to re-enter everything once again; some of the questions were beyond wild, as if we remember all of that stuff? Seriously??
