My appointment was at 4 o'clock. I arrived a few minutes to check in and filled out some paperwork. The front receptionist asked for ID & insurance card, she takes the cards from me and asked me to have a seat while she verify my insurance. The gentleman who took my information and made my appt ensured me someone will call me to let me know if everything was good to go and if any payment that would be due (Great, because I hate surprises). No one called about payment/copay due or insurance verified. The front desk was verifying my insurance while I sit and wait. X-ray tech called my name and escorted me to the back. I had to answer some questions before she can start, common procedure. The whole process took about 15 minutes. Overall beautiful and clean facility. If my doctor did not referred me here, I would have gone else where. The whole experience with making an appointment was troublesome.

The infusion center is great. Super clean, new, and aesthetically beautiful. The free valet is a plus since so many centers are short on parking. One less thing to worry about. The location is great and offers a lot of things to do for any of those waiting for loved ones to get their treatments. The staff is INCREDIBLE. That is so important when you are going through this. Every single nurse, scheduler, admin and operator have been helpful, kind and compassionate. The unit is comfy. Great lounge chair that are new and not torn up or worn out! (As I have seen in others). It is a bit chilly, so bring a blanket. There are plugs at every chair for charging and plugging in my electric throw!! They have the Paxman scalp cooling system which was very important to this Yelper. For those that don't know, it is for hair retention during chemo. They don't tell me - they tell my primary. They said they've been trying to reach me, which isn't the case. My primary says I need an ultra sound. I try to schedule an ultra sound with Memorial, but they need records from Solis. Trying to get someone on the phone is a forever waiting game. Once someone answers, it's super unhelpful. You can fax your docs in or bring it in, despite records being digital. Point is, they are behind technology, extremely unhelpful, and are terrible at care. Don't go here to any of their locations.
