After telling this boy what I wanted done and how I wanted it done, he proceeded to ignore me and continue doing it his way. When I stopped him, he said "why you coppin' an attitude with me?" It's my property, on a job that hadn't been agreed to, and I'm dealing with a minor. That is why I sent you away. Fix your sh** and maybe I'll retract this review, but I don't recommend nor will I ever engage in business with you. Stop bringing your child to the job site. Coordinate details before you start the job, never show up unannounced and never put the customer at risk by employing a minor on someone else's property. You are not a "Pro"...you are a complete amateur and I'd recommend all the above or just get out of business entirely.

I paid him nearly $4,000 via bank transfer and cash for his concrete worker, Mike. The quality of work was poor--Daniel poorly assembled the pergola, which now sways in the wind, raising safety concerns. Additionally, I found kids in my backyard unattended, which I reported to Daniel. Despite his apology for Mike's substandard work, I have multiple emails documenting his tardiness and the issues with the projects. As a disabled veteran, I'm currently waiting for him today, May 16, 2025, since he promised to arrive at 9 AM, but once again, he is a no-call, no-show. I've heard that he is accusing me of harassment simply because I want him to fulfill our agreement, especially since I paid more than initially agreed for the concrete slab.

Now, let me add a caveat: Ronnie, while a genuine and good natured dude, is a unique guy. I'll tell ya he never listens to his voicemails! But he ALWAYS returned my calls within 24 hours if he didn't pick up first go. I was looking for some pea gravel and decomposed granite. Not only did Ronnie have the lowest prices in town, I genuinely enjoyed working with him. He was very sociable, up front, and quite helpful. I didn't have a trailer suited well to hauling gravel or dirt, so I paid Ronnie to deliver. When he didn't have enough decomposed granite to meet my requirements, he called me and told me he'd bring the rest in three days, sans the hauling fee. Overall Ronnie is a good, honest dude from my experience. I intent on going back to Ronnie for future projects!
