Just they few words that came out of the woman's mouth with the pink hair at the beginning of the wash that pulled me forwarded made me lose brain cells. Total waste of money and now i've got two scratches on my truck. It was noon on 4/28/26 and this place was packed. I have a monthly membership so I patiently waited…read morein line. When the plate reader didn't read my plate, an employee came over and asked if I had a membership. When I said yes, he went to back to look at my plate. He came back and typed it wrong, I told him it was incorrect and he cut me off and asked for my phone number. I gave it to him and he started typing that wrong too. I said, no that isnt right. He turned and looked at me like he was ready to fight. I asked him why he was looking at me like that, he didn't answer, just huffed and puffed as he walked away. I went in to speak to the manager and the manager said it was busy and the guy was stressed. At this moment the guy walked inside and popped off at the mouth in front of his boss and tried to tell me to leave. I told the manager that this was exactly the time of stuff that costs places business. The manager blamed lack of staffing and the sun....the SUN for the problem. The guy with attitude is a short white dude with a ratty beard and little beady eyes. Beware of this little hot head. He seems like he is in a hurry to fight. This joint has 2 stars in Yelp, now I guess I see why.
