Eric at E-media recently moved some dvd's to flash drives for us. My wife and I are 'out of the…read moreloop' so to speak, when it comes to computers and the current technology, so we also had some questions on how to use the flash drives on our computer. Eric was extremely patient with us, answering all of our questions. At no time did we feel rushed or regret our time spent with Eric.
