Chris upgraded to SSD and tried to repair, but machine was not cloned properly and I lost all my Dell programs, they named the computer C: User/User. I could not change this. I have spent 2 months trying to rebuild this computer to what is was before I went there. Altho Chris had his staff spend a lot of time on this, and the computer is very fast (thanks to SSD), I am just disappointed in the outcome.

Which is always good for those who are in a rush and need some assistance right away. I would have given this establishment a 3 out 5 stars but since this is a small business with great service (the owner has helped me with purchasing a stamp when they don't sell stamps), it deserved an extra star. The prices are a bit more than other places that I've been to but I think it tries to compensate for the slow business. With no other choice, I am "forced" to use this place as my print & copy center mainly due to its location and convenience. Tips: - 1 hour street parking available - $25 minimum on credit/debit purchases - $1 per page for faxes (they charge for the use of a cover page) - They do NOT sell stamps
