We keep up with his hair very well and there was obviously an outline. Instead of following the normal outline to do his line up she completely rounded my sons hair line. She went so high into my sons hairline. On top of that, The top of his hair was completely uneven. I did not say anything because I didn't notice how awful it was until after we left due to chasing my one year old around the store and trying to keep him from eating hair off the floor and falling off the barber chairs. I was freaking out when I realized what she had done and I left a $7 tip on a $20 haircut. Not saying anything is my fault, and that is the only reason I haven't taken myself back there to ask for my money back. There is NO way she did not realize what she had done and how AWFUL his hair looked. If she didn't, she should not be working there. To still sit there and charge and take advantage is what made me the most upset about this whole situation. I am not mentioning any names because I am sure she knows who she is. I will take it as a win that his regular barber (45 mins away) had an opening that evening and thankfully got him looking WAY better. The last thing I wanted to do was have someone cut into my 5 year olds natural hairline and in order to fix it they had to cut into it even more. Please, please beware of this place. This is not the first bad cut we've had here but DEFINITELY the WORST. We absolutely will not be going back.

Mr. West very professional and extremely nice. Listened to my son and his 12 year old request for his hair. I got the full treatment, fade, beard trim, shave, and hot towel.
