And thank you for recommending a bigger dry cleaners at Merewether. They managed to get the stain and odour out as well as aged stains using their bigger machines. I have one very big complaint and that is the female lady that worked on your front counter. She was so argumentative, so rude, telling me it will never be able to clean which I have now proven wrong. The boss at Charlestown was a real gentleman and she even argues with his as to the extra service he had offered me which was dry cleaning a couple of items free of charge as a good will gesture. In front of me she argues "why should I get anything for nothing, I would NEVER have a person like this working onmy front counter. I probably wouldn't have her working for me at all
