I went to Kimberly Trenda at Simplicity Salon for hair extensions in March. Kimberly recommended the Babe flat tip extensions and told me I would need seven packs. While looking at the extension samples, Kimberly said that she would have to dye my hair first and then choose the extension that matched the best. She failed at matching the color to the extension. The day after the extensions were installed, there was some pulling and tension. Kimberly told me this was normal. After a week, it was just painful. I noticed that my scalp was red and blistered. So, I reached out to another local Babe-certified stylist for a consultation. She told me that the extensions were painful because they had been installed incorrectly. She was also confused as to why the color did not match. I also sent pictures to Babe, and they said, based on the pictures, that the extensions were not installed the Babe way. To get these issues corrected, I had to pay to have the extensions removed, then pay to have my hair dyed the correct color, and then pay to have the extensions reinstalled. The new install used half the amount of extensions, the color matched perfectly, and there was no pain. I reached out to Kimberly to let her know, but I never received a call back. After not hearing anything for a month, I decided to dispute the charge on my credit card. On top of all these issues, Kimberly Trenda charged me a 5% service fee to use my credit card. This is illegal as the limit is 4%. I wasn't planning to leave Kimberly negative reviews and wanted to put this awful experience behind me. Unfortunately, when Kimberly learned of the dispute, she decided to put me dox me in a Facebook group. She created a post informing other stylists that I disputed the charge. She added my married last name and my previous last name. She even went as far as to dig up old photos of me and posted them in the thread. She is completely unprofessional, and I highly suggest not using her services. Who knows what she will do if you are unhappy with a service? read more

Established in 1990.

Kimber has been working as a stylist for over 25 years. In this time, she has worked in a corporate salon, education development, booth rented and has earned the "Color Specialist" hat. She has thousands of hours in advanced education in color and permanent makeup. In 2016, she was led to open a salon suite where she could build stronger relationships and connections with her guests and deliver a more personalized experience. Brenna has been massaging since 2017. She offers therapeutic deep tissue & relaxing Swedish. She can add cupping & aromatherapy to any service that you want to take to the next level. She offers $10 off your first appointment. Jillian has been in the industry since 2006. In 2015 she begin specializing in Nova Lash Extensions. She has taken advanced training Houston, TX and Minneapolis, MN and excels in her craft. In 2012 Jillian created "iLash" Her own business name, where she shares her expertise and gives her guests a more personal & flexible experience.

Between us we have 3 daughters Sydney, Kelsie & Alison, a son Bryce and two "Puppy Luvs" Harlee and Howard. My desire to create an authentic relationship with you is a priority for me. Kimber and Jillian are both AMAZING! Kimber does mine and my fiancé's hair! She has colored, cut and put extensions in my hair. She has done tape in extensions for me in the past but yesterday she put in hand tied extensions and I am OBSESSED. They feel so amazing, like I don't even have extensions in. They give me hair length and thickness that I have always wanted. If you are looking for a stylist for women's OR men's hair, Kimber is your gal!! Jillian does the BEST lashes in Fargo. I received the wow blow out service this morning and my hair feels so amazing!! The wow cocktail products that she used smelt so good. Everything was so lightweight that I can't even tell the amount of product in my hair! The amount of volume my hair has right now is more than it's ever seen . Not only were the products amazing, but kimber is amazing! For someone to open up and tell you their background speaks volume! I cannot wait to go back to get my color done!! Was visiting from out of town, and got a massage from Brenna recently. It was one of the best massages that I've ever had! I was having some issues with my back, as I am hunched over and lift heavy things as part of my job. She listened very well to where I needed the most work, and applied pressure perfectly. Loved the space that she was in also! Next time I'm in town I'm definitely going back and getting another one by her. Would highly recommend!!! read more
