While it isn't swimming in toffee sauce, it is delicious and the toffee sponge base is moist and rich (actually it doesn't need the toffee sauce!). I did just try the Carrot Cupcake and it was so moist... and the best part... it has walnuts in it and no raisins! Sorry, not a fan of raisins in carrot cake (or any cakes for that matter). I do have a Red Velvet Cupcake still in the box, waiting to be devoured, so I will have to update after... UPDATE: I had the Red Velvet Cupcake, it was delicious, but not like Red Velvet as I know it. The cupcake itself could've been more red, but the one thing it was really lacking was chocolate. Red Velvet is a tough one to get right, so kudos to them for trying, but it did need more cocoa and the frosting could've had a bit of cream cheese to it as that is the traditional frosting for Red Velvet. If you are going to treat yourself, get one of these cupcakes. You won't be disappointed.

As 6 week had elapsed, I contacted Sarah on 6th June to confirm the delivery was still taking place. I was told that she had a couple of deliveries in the area and that I would get my order at 930am or 1100am dependent upon the delivery route which was yet to be confirmed. By 1135, I had still heard nothing and after 5 ignored phonecalls I had to leave for Manchester essentially without my mother's birthday cakes. Needless to say my morning and my mums birthday has been adversely affected by this useless vendor and I still have not got my money back! Avoid.
