They do not know the meaning of customer service, I went along to a nearby sugarcraft shop who also were not familiar with the item but immediately looked it on the internet and ordered one in which arrived 2 days later. The staff at Sugarcraft Creations need to accept that sometimes the customer is right and be a little more open minded!!

Arrayed in their many flavours and garnishes it was very hard to pick a selection for my work colleagues to enjoy. In the end I needn't have worried as all of the cupcakes were pronounced delicious, fully validating my somewhat scatter gun approach.
