After waiting almost 2 hours, I had no choice but to leave home to go to the event without it as not to be late and was alerted - after about another hour - that the food had been attempted to be delivered to me whilst I wasn't in, 3 hours after I had ordered it. Of course, the food was taken back, and the inability for it to be delivered was shown on the KFC app under the Orders section. However, I'm yet to receive any sort of compensation for this blatant incompetence and have still been charged full price after waiting the 10 days I was told to on the app.
