As time passed…read morethe quality steadily got worse, stopped edging the sidewalk area yet I said nothing until he hit my bricks I just stacked around a tree for a decor then proceeded to walk back and look at the damage...then just walk away and leave it. Next incident was spring and the grass was growing a lot faster so he decided to leave a halfway mowed mess and just leave it looking like a heard of cows had been eating the lawn. After getting upset about it they told me it needed to be done weekly which I had no problem with...but leaving the job the way they did was extremely unprofessional. Showed up on 4th of July which I did not mind but I had been watering the grass and I told him the ground is soft and I wasn't expecting you today...he responded like a 5 year old borderline yelling at me "well I gotta work man" as if this is my issue. Now...they show up, did a little edging, mowed one tiny area then it started to POUR rain soaking the ground and I've expressed more than once that the ground is soft here when wet...they sit in the truck till the rain stopped, then got out and completely obliterated parts of my lawn and made very deep large tire marks all over my once flat beautiful lawn...then had the nerve to tell me over the phone that "well we already started, did you expect us to come finish another day!?" It's YOUR BUSINESS, YOU TAKE THE LOSS ON THE WEATHER!!! No accountability, extremely unprofessional! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
