They were contracted as our DJ for our 9/27/25 wedding, with a signed contract, paid invoices, and extensive email correspondence. The decision to deny the working relationship rather than address the concerns raised is concerning and worth noting for future couples. I was married on 9/27, and Keystone was our DJ. Unfortunately, the experience was disorganized from start to finish. Every time we reached out to the owner (who was also our main point of contact), we were met with excuses for why tasks hadn't been completed. We didn't receive our final timeline until just two days before the wedding, despite multiple follow-ups, which caused unnecessary stress. During the event itself, there were several missed or awkward moments -- including our cake cutting -- and an incorrect announcement inviting us to the buffet line, even though we were supposed to be served at our table. Leading up to the wedding, I reached out two months in advance, one month in advance, and again weekly as the date approached. I had expressed that I preferred a phone conversation to talk through details, but instead, the company required everything to be completed through their app. The process was lengthy (our timeline ended up being 21 pages) and could have been handled much more efficiently through a simple discussion. When we finally connected, our scheduled call started nearly two hours late because Laurel said she was "finishing up work." Instead of reviewing our music or flow of events, the call focused entirely on setup logistics -- details that should have been coordinated directly with the venue and day-of coordinator. I asked multiple times for her to contact them directly, and the venue even sent her an email answering most of her questions, which she later claimed she couldn't locate. On the wedding day, the DJ team set up in the wrong location and appeared unprepared, confirming that coordination with the venue never took place as requested. After the wedding, when I shared this feedback, the owner's response was defensive rather than solution-oriented. She deflected responsibility onto her staff and the venue, said "I'm sorry you feel that way," and even claimed she "did extra work to save us money." At no point did she take true accountability or show empathy for how the situation affected us. Overall, I would not recommend Keystone. If you're detail-oriented and expect organized communication, I'd suggest exploring other options. But if you don't mind managing the planning yourself and prefer a hands-off approach, this company may be a better fit.

I attended my cousin's wedding here last week, and our whole family was very impressed! This…read morebuilding is an old barn that has been renovated into a banquet center. It still has the barn/farmhouse vibe that was a perfect fit for the bride and groom. It is conveniently located off of the main road, so it was only a 10 minute drive from our hotel in Mt. Pleasant. The parking lot was huge and there were no issues with finding parking. They had everything beautifully displayed inside from the centerpieces, to the seating arrangements to the favors. Our family brought all of that in of course, but the venue had twinky lights and tulle around the railings and the venue. The bar carried all types of alcohol and even let guests do shots. The bartenders were friendly and patient with our crazy family. Once seated, the staff brought around bread and salads. The tables were perfectly spaced apart and it was very comfortable for 160 guests. They had a station on the dancefloor for appetizers which included cheese and crackers, stuffed mushrooms, mac and cheese bites, and meatballs. The stuffed mushrooms and mac and cheese bites really hit the spot especially since we were all so hungry after the ceremony. Their actual wedding ceremony was in a different location, but I imagine you can have your ceremony and reception at Bell's if you wanted. The dinner was served buffet style, and we were led up to the food table by table. The food was really hot and was delicious, and people at my table raved about the broccoli stuffed chicken. After the speeches, dinner, and drinks, it was time to dance. The staff quickly moved all the food away and opened up the dance floor. Everything was done very efficiently. Toward the end of the wedding, we all went outside to do a sparkler send off. It felt like we were only outside for 10 minutes, but when we came back the whole venue was torn down. I was so impressed. They really did a great job. My cousin, aunt, and uncle all said that Ian was a pleasure to work with. They were so stressed out about how terrible the ceremony venue was to work with (a nearby winery), and were so happy and thankful for Ian and his crew at Bell's. They recommended it to everyone at the wedding, and all of the guests clearly had a great time. I don't know any pricing info, but from a guest's perspective, it was a beautiful venue and everything ran smoothly.

My crew definitely had a good time. We were one of two parties in the building and we made good use of the "rooms." I absolutely love this concept, but I do think there's a great deal of room to improve the execution. The lighting was poor and the rooms were only dressed on the back side, so the photos all have stark white walls without some creative cropping. For $20/person, you get what you pay for, so I'm not devastated that this was the case. Something good to keep in mind, and definitely worth checking out with minimal expectations!

We used Erica for chair sashes, chargers, centerpieces (two different kinds - sticks and candles), and table runners. She transformed our previously bland room into an elegant and fun reception space. Numerous people commented on how well put together our reception space was, and I couldn't agree more! Erica did great work, and I couldn't give her a more unequivocal recommendation for any other brides seeking to use her services. First and foremost, Erica was easy to communicate with (both via email and phone). This was a big help on our end, as no one in the wedding party was located in the area where we had our wedding. As a "long distance" couple working with Erica, she quickly responded to all our questions and comments. Having worked with numerous vendors from a distance, this made the planning process quick and painless and a huge relief! Next, all of Erica's products that we used (sashes, table runners, centerpieces, and chargers) were high quality and really impressed at the wedding. Not only did the guests at our wedding repeatedly comment on on our reception space (and specifically Erica's work in putting it together), the manager of the reception hall also asked us for photos of the room so they could use them in promotional material for the space. Erica also did a great job of putting the room together on a short timeline. A "last minute" wedding booked our venue one week before our wedding for the Friday night before our Saturday wedding. This meant that Erica couldn't set up the room until the afternoon of our wedding (and was forced to juggle her already busy schedule to do so, as she originally could set up the room on Friday). Despite this, Erica and her team, did an awesome job of putting the room together and juggling their schedule, and everything looked wonderful! We would highly recommend using Erica for your wedding, as you won't be disappointed!
