I have missed this place that I shopped so frequently in Calgary. My friendly shopping space is…read morenow in Edmonton and about time already. It was a long wait but worth it. The clean and spacious interior must be so welcoming on the busy times as well. My shop was fairly early in the day between 9 and 10 AM and not many shoppers yet but still a fair number in the time I was checking all the shelves. I bought my usual weekly organic veg and a meat option for later in the week treat. Cutting back on animal protein lately more and more but just cannot abandon it yet. Highly recommend as the staff are very helpful and pleasant to chat with as well.

Most items are vegetarian or vegan, but there are some meat products too (or which have ingredients not suitable for vegans/vegetarians). Just before I was finally done the same clerk who asked me if I needed help asked me again and again I said no. She then proceeded to straighten out some refrigerated items next to me.
