First, I'm surprised there isn't a class action lawsuit against this company for their bait and switch tactics. Almost every time I place an order with a promo, the promo price never updates. So I get charged full price and have to spend literally hours on the phone trying to get someone to fix it. They never can. So then I have to go through the process of cancelling the order. I think they do this in the hopes that people will just give up out of frustration and pay the full price. Not happening with me. And pro access is a complete rip off. I received my items faster without pro access. So there really is no benefit to it. Just another scam by GNC. I'm really hoping these shady tactics of theirs catches up with them and they go completely out of business. So count me as one of the many who have wised up and see GNC for what they are and will never have anything to do with that shady, fraudulent company.

Today I went in and was talked down to by an employee who must have been new because he didn't know how to scan a case of energy drinks. I asked if he could type in the numbers and he quickly responded that the numbers didn't work and that I didn't know what I was talking about. He then scanned an energy drink 12x and the total came to $90 and I said that I wasn't going to pay that because it should come to like $68 for a bottle of balance and a case of energy drinks with the sale. He kept saying "no, it doesn't", so I left without my products and will be returning on a day when he is not working, if at all. A clear selling point for online shopping is poor customer service.
