I have called building accents several times and visited their business in Bristol, VA. They have promised to send someone to my home to inspect a defective window, but no one has ever been here. It appears they do not honor the waranty on their windows.

Yup, saving 30% over Lowe's is pretty significant. And none of that "put it in your mini-van" garbage. They delivered within two days for cheap (I think it was under $25 for 400 linear feet of trim, which big box stores wouldn't even have in stock. It's a 20 mile run from my house, and the building looks tiny, but these are pros and know and have just about everything. (We saved at least $150 on the trim alone, even counting delivery.) I was helped by Chip, but they're all good and when I called this morning for a good quality pocket door frame (after reading 1-2 star reviews of the ones at Lowe's/HD) they had the really good quality ones for less than a big box has a poor quality one! No brainer! They'll even give you a catalog of in-stock stuff to take home. The big stores would need to order the interior doors I want (two panel shaker) because I need 7 of 'em) but BA can get them the next day! And I don't have to haul them. Really great deal too. Be smart, go where the pros go. Highly recommend!
