They did make an appointment pretty quickly, but the designer I was assigned has not communicated well at all. Very frustrating. They do the design work the old fashioned way - by hand. She told me after we talked she had to send the hand written drawing to someone to draw it up, and get back to me with an estimate. That was 5 days ago. I can't reach her easily. Sent email 2 days ago, left voice mail hours ago and still haven't heard. Called corporate office, can't reach people there either although they do have someone who answers the phone. Weeks later, the communication with the sales person has been awful. I decided to go ahead with one design, I sure hope this isn't a mistake! I would not recommend dealing with them unless you have lots of time. It was very frustrating.

There was no judgement with Valley Organizing and they came in with compassion and empathy and worked hard to get me my living space back! It was such a mental relief just seeing it all cleared out, organized, and even labeled! I just wish I could fold like they did so my dresser always looked like this! For 2 days they worked non-stop and always made sure I was comfortable and situated and feeling okay. Any time I needed a break they gave it to me but they still worked in the background. It was amazing how much they got done in 2 days! Both my parents commented it would have taken us months just to get what they did !
