The dingy, dark brown tiles are now their original three shades of light grey and look brand new! I also had him do my multi-colored flagstone patio, and he was able to power off the thick, black layer of residue from several bird seed feeders. It was almost a miracle. Rob was super responsive to email and calls and promptly scheduled me for one week later. I comparison-shopped and his was the best combination of high ratings and reasonable price. He even discovered that some of the pipes were clogged, which explained the water overflowing from the gutters.
