We talked about some storage prices and Rodney took me to see some units. This property was an absolute mess, trash everywhere and the trash can was over flowing. One thing I did notice as we were looking at some units, I couldn't help but notice a strong odor of alcohol coming from Rodney. I ended up walking out because of the trashiness and the fact that a manager was there and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Something should be done about this if they want business.
