From the initial consultation which provided us with ideas and options, through the quoting phase with clarifications and further refinement. The Arect team were available and responsive throughout and went above and beyond. Once we got our start date, we received communications daily on when the team would arrive on site. They were always prompt. The team we delt with Steve, Ryan, Chris, Guy, Liam, Aaron, Geordie, Jarad and Jacob were the embodiment of professionalism, were courteous, approachable, willing to answer any questions, willing to accommodate change on the fly, had an eye for detail and had an absolute focus on delivering a quality outcome making absolutely sure we were happy with the result. I have rarely seen a team of people work so hard and with so much attention to detail; they were exceptional.
