We decided to give Tim a try. Tree removal went well....stump removal, not so much! After a broken pipe to the pool pump and a severed high quality $50 extension cord (that could have been removed if asked), there are still stump remains in the yard. A lawnmower will not cut over the remaining roots. After numerous avoided phone calls, emails, and texts, we used a different phone number and he finally answered our call, however his promises to correct the issue were unfulfilled. He has now basically said we can file a civil suit because he is not going to correct the issue! We have paid to get the pipe repaired, purchased a new $50 extension cord, and will have to hire someone to remove the roots from the front yard. Guess we will recoup this plus the $95 court costs. So disappointed in Tim. Seemed like a legitimate, dependable business owner. read more
