I am disappointed to report that I do not recommend this cleaning service. The representative,…read moreDenise, was extremely professional & pleasant. The price was suitable for the market value. However, when the 3 ladies arrived to clean my home I noticed that their vacuum cleaner had a substantial amount of cling on debris. I asked the ladies if they serviced their equipment between homes such that they don't allow transfer from home to home. They exclaimed they typically do not because the service only allows them 2-hours at each home and that's just not enough time. I showed them how serious the matter was when I took a paper towel, gloves, & a plastic bag & personally pulled out the mass debris of hair, dust, & dirt that was clogging the vacuum cleaner. I photographed it & sent it to the rep--unacceptable. They did not clean my home properly so I called & they sent out another set of cleaners. They countered by stating that there was nothing much to clean. Next they sent 2 ladies & they too complained for 2 hours that I didn't need a cleaning service because there was nothing to clean. I stated, "I am a tidy person, but I have health issues that don't allow me to do the heavy stuff like tile floors & bathrooms." They did a good job in cleaning the home, but they dropped my $200 Simply Human stainless steel trash can & cracked 3-tiles in the kitchen. I only noticed it after they'd left (crack tile & dented can). The 3rd female pretended not to speak English so I spoke to her in Spanish & she did not mop nor sweep the upstairs bathroom. Although the bathroom was clean, it need sanitizing, sweeping, & moping. After she had finished cleaning, I showed her by brushing my hand across the tile floor & she pretended not to understand. It was dusty & dirty & obviously not cleaned at all. So, one of the ladies cleaning downstairs finished the upstairs. Needless to say, I do not recommend this service. I have opted for In & Out Concepts a superb cleaning service--so professional & delightful. They do everything. They even steam your tile, vacuum windows, do paint touch ups, & minor repairs--amazing! Joshua is also a caterer--super amazing! I am beyond pleased.

I am not one to leave reviews but I figured this may be able to help someone else out…read more I signed up for the monthly service and was charged almost $250 for an initial "deep clean" yet the most basic things around the house weren't cleaned; my microwave, faucets, tables, shower walls, etc. hadn't been touched and were disgusting. I took pictures and sent them over to management. Their only solution was to send the crew back even though I explained that I had already cleaned those things myself (and if they didn't do it right the first time, why would I expect them to do it well again?). They refused to provide me with a partial refund saying that their satisfaction guarantee only covers a "reclean" which is absolute BS- I paid $250 under the agreement that it would be done right on the day the first time around. Hopefully this keeps someone from making the same mistake I did... The following is in response to the company's response to my original post: The items were not in poor condition or old; We are talking about newly installed faucets, microwave, a brand new table, shower tile, etc. When I first called to alert management, the customer service manager stated that she was "frankly embarrassed" by the job done. Refer to the pictures that I sent your team, take some responsibility, and make things right. THAT is what good businesses do.

Title: Extremely disappointed - Not a "Deep Clean" by any standard…read moreI hired The Cleaning Authority based on their high ratings, but my experience was the complete opposite of what I expected for a professional cleaning service. I was charged $150 per hour ($75 per person) for what turned out to be a basic and superficial job. Despite the high price tag, the "deep cleaning" was incredibly poor: Lack of Detail: They missed basic areas like baseboards and corners, leaving behind visible dirt and debris (see photos). Neglected Surfaces: The blinds were left covered in dust and grime, which is one of the main reasons you hire a professional deep cleaner. Unprofessional Interaction: Upon arrival, the cleaners were dismissive and didn't acknowledge me when I greeted them, rushing off before I could even finish walking them through the home. Inadequate Resolution: After seeing the poor quality of work just an hour in, I asked them to leave. I was charged $225, and the management's solution was to offer a different team for only 30 minutes the following day. Thirty minutes is not enough time to fix the failed deep cleaning areas. I feel completely overcharged and taken advantage of for a service that was never delivered. Save your money and look elsewhere if you actually want your home cleaned properly. A "satisfaction guarantee" isn't just a marketing slogan; it's a contractual promise that the work will be done to a professional standard. Failing to clean baseboards and blinds while ignoring my follow-up is the literal opposite of that guarantee.

Unfortunately in beginning of September '24 a family heirloom was taken from our home, not only was this item meant for future generations but it was commemorate my parents 10 year wedding anniversary. This ring is valued over $15,000 but to us is worth more than anyone could fathom. We have trusted their staff for so long and to have them do this to us has been heartbreaking. We have reached out to the Hillsborough county sheriff and our detective has been in communication with both ladies, unfortunately both are now declining to take a polygraph which confirms our worries. We never wanted to think that they would do this to our family and we are greatly saddened by this situation. We have offered to drop all charges with the return of this ring and that will still stand, all we want is our family heirloom returned with no questions asked. I hope that all find this review concerning and a reminder to double check you have valuables locked away, even if you trust the people in your home.

On the occasions I've had a concern, either I mention it directly to them or their manager, Yaritza, communicates it to them. Every single time, they've listened and improved immediately. When they were supposed to concentrate on the bathrooms, they did not. They basically send their teams in who do pretty much the same Cleaning all the time and overcharge you for it. After every team left, I would find things that they hadn't cleaned, but I rarely complained because it was better than nothing. The last team they sent in less than two weeks ago scratched my beautiful KitchenAid cooktop. After four days of promising, they'd send someone out to look at it and never telling me that they couldn't. They finally sent someone. Then they told me that my cat had caused the scratching on the cooktop. Newsflash, my cats are declawed, so it would've taken a lot of scratching on the rear claws by my cats to get in between the knobs and in between the burners to make the scratches. What seems more likely is that they're cleaning crew had debris in their dust free lint free cloth and they move the debris around and made the scratches. But they did not want to admit that so after not hearing from them for four days telling me the person who is supposed to be there Everyday couldn't and then hearing their lame excuse as to what they thought caused the scratches, I fired them. Do not use this cleaning service. They will give lots of lip service, but they won't do the job.
