Laurie's Yoga Plus class is as challenging as any intermediate class offered by larger studios in major cities. She is an amazing instructor--everyone was made to feel special--and challenged. Jenn is also a wonderful instructor. Many of the classes that I attended this year were packed (25++) into the small studio, so arrive early or plan to register online. A great studio that I happily recommend.

This is the summer branch of the studio in Hoboken, which has received good reviews. Other than the easy level the general feed back is good. Though the place is carpeted, and the mat I borrowed needed a wash. The studio is relatively small so it CAN get pretty crowded.
