As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted cheerfully by a lovely woman who seemed glad to help. She could tell we had never done this before, guided us through every step and gave solid advice, with us also being able to tell that she wasn't just trying to get a sale and then have us leave. Another woman who worked there joined in and was very sweet to us as well. I couldn't have asked for a better first time mattress buying experience :D they both made it very quick and easy, as well as enjoyable. This store also has really nice furniture, and great prices! No communication from anyone not the sales person not anyone until the day off. My problem is there is no COMMUNICATION, but I got that cool bill that is due before I have receive any product any COMMUNICATION UNLESS WE CALL. I go to the store and wanting to speak to management, but the salesperson who sold me the furniture said they had no idea. BUT YOU SAID MY FURNITURE WAS NOT ON THE TRUCK AND YOU ASK ABOUT IT!!!! Contradiction you said you had no idea but you did and yet you STILL DID NOT NOTIFY US!!!! We called you. Then she goes on about not "able to sleep " because WE haven't received our Furniture!!!! And the said we didn't charge you for a delivery fee so we will go pick it up and bring it to you all. They will have the fabric November 2nd. When can we get your furniture AROUND NOVEMBER 14. The store manager proceeded to tell me he didn't know what happened and there is a restocking fee ( which is not on the receipt). i guess it ok to charge restocking fees even when you don't deliver the product. The manager says corporate office handles that so I called corporate and they say the manager controls that. so to summarize Hank's is a bunch of liars and crooks. if you buy from them consider your money a loss. They say they take pride in their customer service and service after the sale. guess that's just another lie out of Hank's.
