Nor does he know how to return phone calls or keep his customer informed on the progress of their job. After waiting 2 weeks and hearing nothing from him I called him this morning whereupon he said he didn't like my b...y attitude and I could p..s off and take my business elsewhere. You have to be kidding me. His office is a total mess and I had warning signs even at that stage but thought perhaps I would give him the benefit of the doubt...how wrong I was. I hope no one else experiences the grief that I did. Please do yourself a favor and do your business with another upholsterer who knows how to treat their customers.

Don't go there!! When I collected my sofa cover after patiently waiting weeks for it to be made,…read moreand paying over $1,000 for it, I bought it home to find a hole in the back of it? What??? The hole had been meticulously covered up with a fabric patch and some glue. When i called to enquire and complain, he admitted he had done it. When I asked for a refund he refused. A few weeks later he refused to even make me another cover to rectify the problem altogether. So, I contacted Fair Trading. He lied to them, and told them I supplied him with 'faulty' fabric. What?? The fabric was supplied by one of the most recognised Upholstery Fabric Houses in Sydney?? This place is the most dodgy operation int he Eastern Suburbs. They are unprofessional, operate dishonestly, and don't even do a good job. Be warned!!! Stay well and truly away from ADE Upholstery.
