Using an USA phone while overseas sometimes isn't the easiest or functional item on an international travel agenda, and I wanted great service and wifi to match while in Andalucia. I contacted them and within two days their little "hotspot device" was in MY hands in the province of Cadiz! Easy to use as all you need to do is open it, charge the battery and insert the supplied SIM card - simple as that! It was fast and VERY reliable! It's a tiny thin plastic WiFi internet wireless hotspot device that works with a supplied SIM card. It's so easy to use and very reliable while we were in Spain, and so small it fits in your pocket or bag. On our many roadtrips around Andalucia, it went with us and connects our phones and laptops effortlessly and quick! The hotspot device has to be mailed back to WifiAway before you depart the country. Using their little hotspot device, we were able to connect not only our phones while in Andalucia, but also our laptops, and being photographers, you can imagine the bandwidth we are using while uploading images to our websites, and WifiAway's little hotspot device handled it all perfectly! Don't speak Spanish? They can communicate with you in el Ingles too! I can now see by their website they have higher data rates which is nothing like what we used years ago. I completely recommend them as we have used and will be using again whenever we finally return to España again!
