We have been a customer of Melissa's for years. When we first met her she took over our policy from our retiring agent. We had not spoken to him in years. We paid our premium but never really understood what we were paying for. She came out and met with us and found a lot of areas that were not relevant to us but were on our policy and also a lot of areas that were not covered. She quickly fixed that and insisted on checking in with us in a year to make sure everything was still up to date. You could tell she cared and wanted to make the "wrong" of not having anyone look at our policy for so long right. Finally, someone who will put the customer needs first! I thought I was sitting ok with insurance as I went online and signed up myself, only to find out there were many things I didn't understand which created major gaps and I was paying way too much.
