The room was not ready…read morewhen I arrived super early, but the friendly desk clerk was happy to do a pre-check in and hold my bags, so when I returned, I could go to my room easily. The room itself was great, albeit ALL the way the hall from the elevator. There was a small kitchenette, equipped with a combination washer dryer which was very handy. On my last evening, I washed my travel clothing and my first two days clothing, which saved me on packing space. The bathroom was lovely, with both a shower and tub, and a double sink. The tub looked a bit discolored, but then again, I would almost certainly not use a hotel bathtub anyway. The room was very large. Bit enough for what I think was a king bed, a seating area, plus an extra chair. It was in the back of the hotel, so it was quiet. Pretty sure there was a tiny balcony, but that side overlooked a side street, so I didn't venture out. Well located toward the North end of Bondi beach, steps from the beach. There is an entrance off the side street, or one can take an elevator from the back of a tiny shopping center under the hotel which has two food establishments, a liquor store, and a full supermarket. The hotel itself does not have a restaurant, but there are all kinds of food options nearby. I'd stay again.

Parking is like going through a James Bond movie - you need to enter 4 passcode protected entry points to park your car and come up to the lobby! There was a kitchenette in room 208 and shared balcony access which were nice. But I'll say that this is the dustiest hotel I've EVER BEEN in! The lamps, nightstands, and curtains are DUSTY! Gross.

Bondi's needed a place like Adina for...ever?…read more Just blocks from the beach, this new hotel on Hall Street fills a major void in this seaside community. The studio apartment rooms come equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and bowls. Clutch if you want to fix a little something in your room! My stay so far in a second floor studio has been lovely - the bed is firm and covered with soft sheets, I've got a sofa to lounge on, a table to work at and plenty of room to move around. If not for the rain, I'd be hanging on my balcony too! There's a pool on the ground floor and a gym (though I've yet to check it out since my sneakers are still soaked from yesterday's rain). The swish lobby is comfortable enough to work in too. Walk outside and you'll have every amenity you're after, from organic grocery stores to used bookshops and places to buy board shorts and bikinis, I can't think of a better place in the city to locate yourself. I've finally found my home here in Sydney and it's at Adina!

It's the only acceptable hotel in Bondi Beach proper. Trust me, I've looked. This is it. 2. The fresh decor and simple amenities are perfectly suited for a beach-y getaway. 3. Minus a beach view, the location truly couldn't be better. 4. The conference room is not is some grimy basement, but instead easily accessed on the first floor with tons of natural light and big sliding glass doors. 5. The accommodating staff will basically give you anything you want (within reason) and are super easy to work with during the booking, check-in and check-out process. 6. The price is right. There were a few hiccups with internet bills and connectivity, and a bit of a room leak problem that was quickly resolved with a generous upgrade, so considering that we were some of the hotel's very first guests, it was definitely an experience worth recommending.

If you can, get a table on the balcony overlooking Bondi Beach. While they are usually reserved for patrons eating, if you ask nicely, they will let you sit and drink. Loved loved loved the studio apartment which was meticulously well kept and had all the amenities for my stay. They even provided laundry detergent and dishwasher liquid, brilliant! Location was ideal and extremely convenient, and easily accessible to the bus stop to the city. The million dollar ocean views were breathtaking and I absolutely adored the terrace overlooking the beach. I wish I was able to stay a whole month (that's how comfortable the apartment was!). Definitely coming back and staying here again and will be recommending this place to all my friends and family as well!

I have been here twice, once after City2Surf and more recently on a Sunday afternoon for drinks…read more City2Surf was a clusterf**k and was packed. I went up to the bar to order drinks and tried to pay with my credit card, and the unfriendly lady bartender said "cash only" and scoffed at me. Same went with food, so my friend and I ended up popping out for a pizza across the road. My second visit was much better as it was a lazy but nice Sunday afternoon. Staff was a bit more friendly. By 4PM though, they had run out of salt and pepper calamari so we settled for hot chips, which were nice. It came with sour cream and a little bit of sweet chili sauce. Overall a decent place, but nothing special. It's a bit like Coogee Bay Hotel where its just a big place where drunk people go.
