I wish I could have brought it back with me to Texas. Symone is an amazing woman. She made me feel at home from the moment I walked through the door. The boxing room is sparse, but functional with it's own kicking Bluetooth speaker so you can punch and stretch and workout to your own playlist. The equipment on the floor is clean and arranged well. It's really nice that there's a healthy juice place attached with access from inside the gym. If I ever find myself back there, I'm joining again the day I get there. No contract is really nice when you travel so much like me.

A lot of physical therapy goes on here so not your typical gym, but usually pretty empty and never a long wait if any for weights or machines. Knocking it down to 3 stars because hours are wrong. Forced myself to go work out Sunday morning at 11:15 and they were not open. They do get new machines in every now and then but don't remove any of the older ones so this place can get a little tight.

i have been a member of planet fitness for almost 5 years…read more my home gym is in Ocean Springs, MS I happen to be in Pascagoula, MS n Tuesday 4/29/25 and went there for the first time ever I went in the locker room to find 3 of the showers had garbage bags full of clothes outside the shower curtain and the people using the shower facilities were homless people I went out and began to work out and af like 30 minutes all three came out with everything they owned in garbage bags and never worked out one minute I finished my workout and went to wash down the work out equipment to find non of the 5 paper towel dispenser in gym had paper towels and were empTy I went back to locker room to try and wash my hands and found all paper towel dispensers as well as soap were also empty this place is nasty and disgusting I would never go back

I drop in at gyms all over the country, and this type of gym is my favorite: local, abundant equipment of every type and for every conceivable muscle group, lots of space, and plenty of character. It feels homey and personal here, not some "box gym" setup. It can get a little warm in the gym, but you're here to get your sweat on, and there are plenty of fans. Overall, an incredible place.
