I always thought that in high end luxury stores the services must be…read moreextraordinary, this is not the case in this store where today July 17, 2023 I had the worst treatment in a store. the first thing when I tried to enter in the store, an employee looked at me and it took about 1 minute before he analyzed me and decided that I deserved to enter the store, then once I entered the store, a terrible employee came to me and asked me what I wanted. I told him that I am interested in buying a rolex watch for my mother, a not very popular model, a model that cannot be resold to earn more money. I showed him that I found the watch on their website and that it is in their store in Frankfurt when the employee told me without checking the computer or asking anyone else that they didn't have the watch and before I could ask him anything else he said goodbye and turned his back on me. 30 minutes after I left the store, I couldn't believe what happened. There's no way, I think it's impossible to behave like that with a customer who wants to buy a watch worth almost 12 thousand euros. This is the most horrible store I have ever entered in all my 33 years.

She answered my many questions. She carefully packaged each of my (many) items and prepared them for travel home. There was a reasonable option to ship, but I had come prepared to bring items home. Each item was itemized on my receipt and I was charged the right amount. This was a great experience and if I was not on a budget, I would have spent so much more. Next time...

All the items are definitely pricey but everything is so beautiful so it can definitely be easy to get carried away. The lady who was helping us was really nice and made sure that she priced the one item we got (which is a beautiful handmade and hand-painted nutcracker king) correctly. The guy helping me just had to be a **** about it. Didn't even say hi or bye to my girlfriend. Fifth visit: not happening. **** this store; and potentially Montblanc altogether More details: First salesman was friendly, helpful, and engaged to make the sale. He sold me a rollerball pen (FL starwalker ultra black) and a 2x refill of mystery black ink. I felt somewhat cheated...one would assume the rollerball would come with the ink but it didn't. In the end I had a pen I could use and only one extra ink cartridge (more on this later) - along with the tax refund form. The first salesman promised me left and right that I could get the pen exchanged for any reason at any official Montblanc boutique across the world Well, I went back to the original boutique to exchange the pen after 3(?) days. The pen was untouched during this time. I exchange the Starwalker for a Le petit prince rollerball. During the exchange, they took the starwalker with the ink (which I had purchased separately) with it. The sales lady explained to me that all rollerball pens come with black ink (then why didn't first one come with one?!). **** it, I let it go. I'd only have to visit the third time because my new tax free forms were unsigned and were incorrect. The sale said 1,600 euro, despite buying a 560 euro pen. By the fourth visit, I had an rude, arrogant grouch who couldn't be bothered to say or bye, or even apologize for the stores own incompetence. His own incompetence for that matter. I STILL don't have correct tax refund forms that reflect the amount I purchased I spent a total 610 euro in two visits at this store, I should have a pen with a cartridge and four refills and tax refund forms reflecting that. Instead, I have a pen with three ink refills and tax forms that that reflect 560 euro
