There was no apology for the inconvenience. The service itself did not meet expectations. My eyebrows were not done well and I had to fix them myself at home. My lash extensions began falling out the same day, and within 3-4 days most of them were gone. Some lashes were poking my eye and the glue caused irritation and burning. When I reached out, I was initially told I could come back in, but I was unable to get a response when trying to schedule. After multiple follow-ups, communication was inconsistent. At no point was there a clear acknowledgment of the inconvenience or outcome of the service. No apology. I paid $175 including tip and did not receive results that lasted more than a few days. She did give me a partial refund back. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking here.

You grossly overcharge and the proper remedy would have been to honor the blonding session package at the price on the website and returned the additional amount of money that you charged. I wasn't able to confirm my appointment until the day before my appointment, and I know they usually need a confirmation text the day they send the text (bc I've been going to them for years), but since I've been loyal and hoped that they would remember me, I didn't stress too much. Until I received a CANCELLATION text the morning of my appt. Called and they did in fact give up my appt. As I am upset, I'm happy that I now know they don't give above and beyond service, so I just wanted to warn others while I move on to a better salon.
