This was a few years back, but I remember being surprised on how fast they changed the oil. The DID try to make me buy some filters, but I told them it was my Mom's car and not mine. They didn't push the matter. This time it was my car and they were done so quickly I only got 1 page read of the book I brought thinking I'd need something to do while waiting. They even filled all of my fluids in the vehicle, too. (Now I just wish they'd vacuum. LoL) The price was very reasonable! I think it was less than $35. Can't beat that. And they didn't push any additional sales on me. The guy who put my info into their system and doubled as my cashier didn't seem all that happy to be there. Didn't even give me eye contact. There's a single restroom and a tv inside the store. They also had a paper you could read and there's a bench outside to sit on as well. They did a great job. I'll be using them for now on instead of my dealer's shop. My dealers is a tad bit cheaper, but they might have your car all day. I hate that.

I have purchased two vehicles from Jensen Volkswagen in the last 6 years and up until this last…read moreFriday had pretty good service. But I have had an ongoing issue with a sensor light coming on and have had it at the dealership 3 times for the same issue and their last solution was to replace the battery and reprogram it. Well, picked my car up Friday at 5:30 pm when my appointment was at 1 pm. With my app for my car I could tell they did not start working on it until 4:30 pm. I parked it in the garage that night and I do not lock it in my garage. Saturday morning I went to the store and found I was unable to lock my car. I could not lock it from the handle sensor or the fob. Called the dealership at 12:15 pm when I got home to report this and I was basically told too bad you have to wait until Monday for service to reopen. Mind you, they closed at noon. I was 15 minutes past. No offer to call someone to come in or anything. They created the issue with my car they should have fixed it that day. I ended up calling their sister business Jensen SUBARU and talked with a very nice man who offered me a loaner car for the weekend until mine could be looked at. Jensen Volkswagen - do better!!
