This review is NOT a bash on the Hamilton Boulevard location. They are friendly and make things…read moreright. HOWEVER it's an admonishment of the Petco "house brand" of wet cat food. Recent purchases for our two Ragdoll cats revealed moldy food and mold inside the cans. The kind people at Petco refunded me the money so I could purchase another brand. This is the third time it has occurred with the Petco "house brand" in the orange can. The label says it's Made in Thailand, and I have to wonder about the quality control and/or shipping conditions. BEWARE this Petco brand!

So they decided to block us on their website because of this reasonable review, which was unbeknownst to us until today. We will NEVER shop at Petco again after discovering their lack of integrity and backhanded activity of blocking us. (And we've been shopping there for the past two years in our ignorance.). PetSmart will always be our choice now. You may consider making a similar decision if you value your right to offer a business a sensible review. Otherwise, Petco will simply punish you (blocking) as if you were an errant child.

They told my partner he would be receiving a haircut (which they admitted in an email exchange) before shaving him and even nicked his nipples. Which they also claimed never happened. Horrible customer service and I had to go through the bank to get a refund on service because while they said they would return the difference (original service I wanted vs. what they gave) she only returned $20 to me. The original service I requested was only $60. On top of all of this, the owner accused me of trying to ruin one of her employee's careers by even bringing my cat into her salon. If you love your cat, don't take them here.

I wish they would post a map of the various departments when you enter and also in several sections. Or have a kiosk where you could key in the product name, and have it display the location on a store map, on the screen. I looked up, on their website, a products location in the store. Unfortunately, the aisle listed was not marked. I spent close to 20 minutes looking for the product. Did find a sales person who also could not find the aisle or anyone who knew where the item was.
