Extremely professional, helpful, super responsive and they never hesitate to go out of their way to make sure you're looked after and have a special day. As a customer (and a small business owner myself), I can't recommend them enough.

WHAT AN AWESOME TIME!…read more Our friend booked this (party for six) and the bus picked us up from our resort (Playa Del Sol) at 10:45am. We proceeded to pick up another group of nine girls for a stagette party from another resort. Caleb was our driver and not only was he SUPER friendly, he was EXTREMELY informative and made great recommendations (Hello? We brought home six bottles of ice wine!) on wine (especially what was available in local liquor stores or not). We stopped at three wineries: Rollingdale, Indigenious, and Quail's Gate. We then dropped the stag party off at the boat while we went to Kalala Winery to try their 2016 Award Winning Icewine (luckily they had some in stock for us to take home!). We then drove down to the docks and switched places with the stag party and hopped on the boat with 'Nice-To-Look-At-Nick' for a stroll down the lake for a nice dip. It was really refreshing after a long day of wine tasting. Life vests were provided for us non-strong (read here: drunk) swimmers that wanted to jump in but didn't trust our alcoholic instincts. The water was fantastic! Nick was a great host as well. We arrived back at our hotel around 5:45pm so a full day! This was a great trip. I enjoyed, not only the wine tasting, but everything I learned from Caleb, a superb guide and our boat ride and swim with easy-going Nick. Very hospitable and such a great time! Highly recommended!

It is billed as follow the fish but that doesn't happen when you stay anchored in the same cove and there are no fish! Kayaks never came off the boat and crab traps were never put in the water as they advertise. Don't waste your hard earned money on this scam of a trip.

Many things are beyond anyone's control (weather, if the fish are biting, etc.), but this review is about failure to address things that are controllable. Professional guides. Our first leader was not a member of the crew but another passenger. The first full day day we went out with a crewmember who was not only not a professional fishing guide but didn't even have a license; he also didn't bring a personal flotation device or ensure we had such equipment. Equipment. "Jiggle the handle more" and "don't push the button too hard" were typical of the guidance we got for things that didn't function properly. Radios worked some of the time while the depth finders never did, both of which are safety issues. A faulty starting system got attention only after the cables started to smoke. There's no checklist of any kind to ensure boats are properly outfitted (tackle boxes, bait boxes, safety gear, etc.) each day. Follow the fish (aka "We move daily"). We went out the first day and anchored, then never moved again until the trip back to home port. We were licensed through Friday and there was discussion of fishing that morning, but we woke at first light to find we were underway back to Bella Bella--where we sat...and sat...and sat. More than one member of our party pointed out the obvious--that we could be fishing instead of hanging around at the dock or in the airport. Food. The cook jumped ship on the second full day and the quality of meals declined sharply--to a level below what's common to the college freshman experience. The description of meals that appears on the website is a fantasy. Also, coffee shouldn't require chewing; a Keurig or something similar might be in order, particularly because coffee tends to be the first thing people want before they begin the fishing day. Personnel. Lots of issues on this subject. In addition to whatever went on with the cook, there were episodes of crewmembers arguing loudly within earshot of the passengers, all of which contributed to the youth hostel feel of the boat. Packaging the catch. We saw people who had fished with other companies and the packages they were carrying. There were neatly sealed containers intended to keep the fish cold while customers traveled home. Our stuff was in an unsealed bag inside an unsealed cardboard box, and a day of flying gave us a predictable outcome. It was a mess, like the whole rest of the trip.

He picked us all up from our accommodations in a very comfortable Mercedes van. He was so friendly and informative you really get a sense that he knows a LOT about Kelowna and wine. On our tour we learned a lot about the region and the history as well as some advancements and new technology in the industry too. We went to 5 different wineries and each were unique. My favourites included Quails Gate and the Hatch as well as the cidery we visited last (the name slips my mind at the moment). We had a beautiful charcuterie board for lunch with some wine we had purchased from one of our stops. The charcuterie was UNREAL!!! So many delicious cheeses and meats that were locally sourced and made. My favourites included the pate, the Ukrainian sausage, and the truffle Brie!!! Ugh to die for!! If you're planning a trip to Kelowna, I highly recommend trying to book a tour with Experience as they not only know their stuff and the industry but they're super fun too!!
