Came here on a Sunday and it was packed we waited about 20-25 minutes before getting seated, which is pretty expected for a popular spot on the weekend. Once we were in, service was fairly quick. Our server did forget our drinks at first, but they made up for it with large cups of water, which we appreciated. We ordered three versions of the bo ne the wagyu with black pepper sauce, wagyu with pate sauce, and wagyu with salted egg yolk along with the spicy noodle soup with tendon beef and beef ball (Bun Gan Bo Vien Sate). The bo ne is clearly the star here, and we knew that going in. My personal favorite was the pate it was the most well-balanced of the three and honestly my ideal bo ne. The black pepper was on the saltier side, which works if that's your thing. The salted egg yolk was good at first, but it got heavy and tiring pretty quickly. The salad on the side was a nice touch it helped cut through the richness and fat. One thing I noticed with the bo ne overall: the flavors are very one-note, so by the end of the meal there's not much you can do to keep each bite exciting. I found myself picking off fresh basil just to add some brightness. It's definitely a dish better enjoyed in smaller quantities and as a shared plate rather than each person having their own. Three orders between three people was a lot. The Bun Gan Bo Vien Sate was decent similar to bún bò Huế if you've had that before. It just needed a bit more salt for my taste. So from all the pictures, the claim to fame here is their sizzling beef plates (bo ne) and it's our 3rd or 4th time going so they do it just right and at the right price. Recently had lunch at SIP Restaurant and Coffee and it was so good. Every single dish I had was packed with flavor. Their beef is super tender and the garlic noodles were buttery. You can't go wrong with Vietnamese food but their modern take on these dishes are out of the park. I love how chewy their macaroni noodles are and it's perfect with their soft beef. Staff were also super nice and helpful even though the place was packed. They spent time giving me suggestions on what dishes are the most popular. read more

We went for dinner the other night. There is a lot of available parking. The restaurant is simple and charming. We started with a mango soda and a pineapple soda. Give it a really good stir to mix it all up and it might just become a favorite of yours. We got a Saigon-style savory sticky rice. Sticky rice topped woth sausage, pork floss, eggs and scallions. Mix it up as best you can. The flavors work so well together. The wagyu steak with salted egg sauce was the first entree. It comes with a small salad and a load of bread. Dunk that bread into the salted egg sauce. You will not be disappointed. The wagyu steak was so tender and flavorful. The next entree was the fried chicken thigh with sticky rice, pate and veggies. The fried chicken thigh was so crispy and tender. The sticky rice and pate works so well together. The veggies included a tale on kimchi that was delicious. We also got some coffee to go on the way out. Good service and really good Vietnamese food will make this a must visit place for you. read more

Nothing beats good Vietnamese food. @coffeeshop.sip my parents and my family loved it! The menu had many appetizing options. We had to try their Sizzling Plates. What we ordered - Salmon Ne with mushroom sauce - nice thick piece of salmon that is fried ănd smothered in a mushroom onion cream sauce - Wagyu Beef Bo Ne sizzling plate with sunny side eggs, pate, cow cheese - Beef Papaya Salad very refreshing - Fried Roti Chicken with garlic turmeric rice - Egg Coffee - Bac Xiu Coffee Highly recommend! We loved everything we ordered and thought it was a great value for the quality and flavor. I loved that we ended up talking about food on our date and seeing them enjoy. Thanks for having us! A little Vietnamese spot out here in Westminster that serves amazing food and drinks. Their menu has a wonderful selection to choose from. The service is friendly and the ambiance is well lit with modern interior (cream/beige, super aesthetic to dine in). I thorough enjoyed the atmosphere and the food I ate. What I got: Hoi An Chicken Rice plate: The chicken was good with the turmeric rice. The soup was warm and comforting, the plate is also served with salad. Garlic Noodles with Vegetables and Mushroom: So freaking flavorful, love the garlicky flavor of the noodles, but the added veggies and mushrooms gave it a burst of more flavor. It was so delicious to eat. Passionfruit Tea w/ Crystal Boba: The flavor was so good and refreshing and love how I added the crystal boba. A perfect drink that's not all caffeine. Matcha Latte w/ Oat Milk: It was smooth and creamy with the oatmilk, and love how I can taste the matcha. Definitely a little pick me up drink for some energy, since I don't drink coffee.
