A small business located in downtown Sanford, Fl. There is always one young lady working and she…read morealways gives her best. She manages several mailboxes and helps customers with their projects and printing services. I have seen her take care of 4-5 customers at once and sometimes they just come to ask a few questions beca she is very knowledgeable. I have been coming to this business for over 3years now. I would recommend this location. They have the cheapest rates for faxing as well. And the business cards designs are super nice.

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but after nearly six months of dealing with this location, I think…read moreother customers deserve to know what my experience has been. I signed up for iPostal because the entire point of the service is convenience; you know what's in your mailbox before making the drive. Unfortunately, this location made the process significantly more difficult than simply checking a traditional mailbox. Communication was consistently poor from the very beginning. Phone calls went unanswered, the voicemail was frequently full, and the majority of emails I sent either went unanswered or received very short, generic responses that read more like text messages than professional business correspondence. None of the emails I received were ever signed with a person's name, so I never actually knew who I was communicating with or who was responsible for handling customer concerns. One of the biggest issues was simply trying to 'find' the business, operating hours, business details etc. If you search this address online, you'll immediately find dozens of businesses using it as their mailing address, but very little information about the actual mailbox business itself. The location doesn't have a clear, easily identifiable business presence with obvious contact information or operating hours. Instead, it appears as a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet while also serving as an iPostal and Anytime Mailbox location. For a business entrusted with handling customers' mail, it shouldn't take 15-20 minutes of digging just to figure out who operates the location, how to contact them, or even when they're open. During the temporary closure in July, an initial email was sent announcing the closure, but it was extremely brief and read more like a text message than a professional business update. When I returned on July 7, after the notice stated the location would reopen by July 6, there was still a handwritten note on the door saying they were closed through July 6. The doors were locked, no one was there, no one answered the phone, and there was no follow-up email explaining the delay or letting customers know when the business had actually reopened. In fact, the only reason I learned the location had reportedly reopened was because Shawn with iPostal Orlando contacted them on my behalf and told me they were open. The Sanford location itself never sent a follow-up email announcing they had reopened, never acknowledged reopening later than originally communicated, and never provided customers with an update that normal operations had resumed. I also experienced significant delays with important, time-sensitive personal correspondence that had been redirected to this mailbox. I visited the Sanford Post Office after being advised to do so and was told there was only one piece of mail available for me. The following day, another time-sensitive letter with a July 2 postmark suddenly appeared in my iPostal account after I had already been told there was only one piece of mail available. Combined with the ongoing lack of communication, this left me with very little confidence that I had visibility into everything that had been received or where the rest of my mail actually was. Communication wasn't just poor - its practically nonexistent. After nearly six months of trying to work with this location, I never once had a live conversation with anyone from the business. I repeatedly called, sent emails, visited the location in person, and even worked through iPostal support and USPS just to determine where my mail was. I specifically requested that communication take place through email if phone calls weren't possible, but even then, the overwhelming majority of those emails went unanswered. A mailbox service should make managing mail easier, not require customers to become investigators just to retrieve their own correspondence. I do want to recognize Shawn with iPostal Orlando. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely tried to help, even while recovering from an injury. Ironically, nearly all of my communication went through someone located in another city rather than the business actually responsible for handling my mail. I'm not someone who enjoys leaving negative reviews, and I don't believe my expectations were unreasonable. I expected to be able to contact the business handling my mail, receive timely communication when there were operational issues, and have confidence that my mail was being processed properly. Unfortunately, this location repeatedly fell short in each of those areas. If you're considering using this location, I would strongly encourage you to think carefully. A mailbox service should provide convenience, reliability, accountability, and communication. Based on my experience, this location delivered the exact opposite.
