Went here for the first time today with my girlfriend and immediately knew we were in good hands. We were standing there staring at the menu like it was a final exam we didn't study for, and the owner clocked us instantly. Super friendly guy, came over and basically said, "Relax, you're not messing this up." We ended up ordering a chicken shawarma arabi and a falafel wrap. Took about 10 minutes, which felt like an hour because the smell alone had me questioning my self-control. Driving home with that bag in the car was actually a test of character. I considered pulling over and going feral in a parking lot. Finally made it home, opened the bag, took a bite... and I'm pretty sure I blacked out. Like, I don't remember finishing it, I just remember it being gone. The owner was not lying when he said we couldn't go wrong. Man set expectations high and somehow still undersold it. Easily one of the best meals I've had in a minute. Yeah... I'll definitely be back. Probably sooner than I should be. Few days later, called back to order from this place on my way home from work, stressed from the commute, and was just craving Mediterranean. Asked to order the 3 kabob plate with the reasonable request of chicken only. Dude actually huffed on the phone (thought I imagined it at first) then went on to inform me why that modification would "be very expensive for him." It seemed like a huge hassle and not worth the $22 to him that I was willing to pay for the meal. I don't like beef and I sure as hell don't eat lamb. Simple solution = ordered nothing and hung up! I got the beef shawarma plate, and they give you so much food! The meat was thin, crispy, and really tasty, with a generous serving of rice. I like the food. I've tried several plates at different times. I recommend the lamb kabab and lamb chop. I love their rice and hummus. The place is wheelchair accesible, and family friendly. This place use to be packed with customers and employees. When I walked in I should of trusted my gut because there was one woman working and no customers. It took 20 minutes to get my food. When i did get my food the potato salad tasted different it came with olives instead of what it said it came with on the menu. The Mediterranean salad was just tomatoes, cucumbers,and romaine. Not what the menu describes. The rice was totally different to what I remember it tasting like, now it's more dry and less flavorful. My brother warned me. He was the one who introduced me to JDO years ago and man, they were amazing. So today, I decided to lean into the Sunday lazy pajamas feeling and ordered with ubereats. I got myself a chicken kabob plate, the hubby thr lamb kabob plate, baba ganoush and a beef skewer for the kid. The baba ganoush was rancid. Like a very sour fermented flavor that was so bad we just tossed it for fear it would get us sick. The kabobs were all super dry. My husband couldn't even eat the lamb though I thought the chicken was ok. The pita bread was hard and they gave us the equivalent of 1.5 pitas total. That's not enough. The worst part of all this is I have to admit that my brother was right and I should have listened to him. That makes this whole situation ten times worse. read more

Mediterranean food is my favorite food hands down. I had been craving this for a few weeks but last time we tried to come, it closed right before we arrived. Anyway, today my girlfriend and I decided to try this spot. I got the chicken plate and my girlfriend got two plates with chicken and steak. The young man who took out order was very patient with us and very helpful. We waited about ten minutes and go our food to go. We took some baklava to go and it was absolutely delicious. The food was pretty good but definitely not the greatest Mediterranean spot I've been to. The basmati rice was just thick and not very seasoned. The chicken was delicious, however, I was not a fan of the steak. It had an interesting taste. We will be back again but only for the chicken haha PS I forgot to mention to bring cash because apparently they charge 4% extra if you pay with card. read more

The food is always great here. However this is the second time that they forget to put pita bread on my to go order. Food still good but Pita is a must when eating JDO kabobs. I take a 45 min drive to pick it up and it's not a cheap cost per plate either. So 3 stars for you guys and 3 for me for not checking my order. The mediterranean food at this restaurant was amazing! Food was very tasty and the service was impeccable! The Owner Maher who served me was helpful and very kind, and even offered to make something else when my son, who has picky taste buds, didn't care too much for the flavorful dish. I thought the food was delicious and priced reasonable. My son loved the fries especially and the fellow brought him and I another large order on the house for us to enjoy. I can only assume that they have lost the ability of offering fresh and good tasting food all the time, regardless of the time of day. My recent, mid afternoon, family dinner was poor. We have all been there before and unfortunately it will be a while before we go back. For management: We got lamb kabob plates, baba ghanoush, Beef Shawarma Wrap and a beef skewers.
