A buddy of mine had successes with Shaun and recommended him to us. Shaun was very thorough with his showings and was patient with us each time he had to FaceTime a place. Shaun was always upfront about a place and if a place did not fit our criteria, he wouldn't even waste our time. He helped us understand the different neighborhoods and taught us a few things from downspouts, to grading, roofs, some things we needed to look out for with buying in the KC area, etc. (I feel like there's a lot of people with realtor licenses just trying to sell houses but don't know jack!) I'm a budding investor and Shaun sets the bar for what I think an agent should be. High praises to this man! He's great and we recommend him if you're looking in the Kansas City area! He's the kind of realtor who's not trying to just sell you a house. He's the kind of guy who looks out for you and what is in the best interest of the client! She's on your team. You really couldn't ask for more! Our process lasted about a year. During that time, we would send Jessica homes we wanted to see, and she was quick to fit us into her schedule. As questionable as some of the houses were, she never tried to talk us out of it or tried to push any houses on us. While doing walk throughs of the houses, she pointed out things that were great to have, but also things we should take into consideration as potential issues. It always felt like she was on our side and there to help us, not get a sale for herself. Jessica answered all of our, sometimes stupid, questions with grace and a depth of knowledge found in people who REALLY know their suff. During the offer and negotiation process she was transparent and very communicative about what was going on. It was always easy to get ahold of her, and she provided quick responses.
