Royal honey packs being $9.99 a pack is highway robbery. They're $1.99 at Sirius Vapor down the street. Nobody likes going into an establishment and knows they're being overcharged for something.

The employee behind the counter made a comment about what I was buying, and when I called it out, she responded with, "It doesn't matter--you're going to buy it anyway." Let that sink in. No apology. No professionalism. Just her and the other employee standing there smirking and laughing like it was a joke. I'm a paying customer, and I was treated like I was beneath them for giving their business money. That's not an "off day"--that's a complete lack of basic respect and customer service. There are plenty of other places to spend your money. If you value being treated like a normal human being, go anywhere else.
