Being one of those restaurant locations that has changed owners and name a little too often for…read moretheir own good during their years I was sceptic when we booked a company event here. Having heard they were under new ownership, or at least new direction and theme again, I hoped that it wouldn't be all that bad. The focus now is that you choose your vegetables from a buffé of cold veggies, uncooked meat and fish / seafood. You put this on your plate, add some flavour to it by pouring different marinades and / or spices on top of it. After you have composed your dish of uncooked ingredients you hand it over to the chef who then cooks it right in front of you. It is quite impressive to watch, they separate and cook the different ingredients in the order they should be cooked (sea food last). After they are done they hand over the plate and you can get seated. Being a sea food buff I can just say WOW! It fits my taste buds just right, getting to select exactly what you want to eat, plenty of sea food, fresh ingredients, freshly cooked and full of taste. I probably ate more than I should, but, it was worth it. Vegetarian or non-meat eater? You can easily compose a dish according to your preference, recommended!

Great tasting food and nice environment, but it's getting a bit worn out nowadays since it's been in business without renovation since somewhere around 2003. It's still fresh however, and really not shabby. When eating A la Carte, they have a wide range of dishes, some with a lot of heat, and the price range is about 110-170 SEK for each dish. You get a lot of food, and you can almost never eat it all even if you're really hungry. (I base this on me, my mother and most of my friends, however, my dad used to eat his dish and parts of ours when I was a kid, so it depends on who you are I guess) I would recommend it, really. It's a great place for Thai food in Falkenberg, but perhaps not the best in the whole world.

One of the better places in town for a great pizza, but if you're looking for Kebab, this is not your place. Then you should really go in to the town and pick whatever you find, the closer to the water the better in that case. But if you're looking for fresh pizza that they make in front of you where you pay, this is your place to go!

The staff is friendly and the interior is very Swedish summerhousy (yes, I made that word up) with white furniture, table cloths and a lot of bright colours. The beer and wine selection is limited, it's quite a small "bar" but they do have an IPA and a pilsner from Gotland on tap and some more bottled drinks. Last time we were here it was late at night plus there was a super moon out and we sat on the dock just centimeters above the water, nothing can beat that feeling.
