We're to start. My wife and I went to get a new mattress and really had no real ideas. Mattress have changed so much. As we were bouncing around the store a nice lady Karen M asked if we needed help zero pressure. She had us try several different mattress and when we both agreed she asked use to relax on it for a bit longer. Wow it was great. She worked up the number was a bit higher than we were expecting but she was going to check inventory on another of the same. We were able to work a deal. Karen is an outstanding asset for this location and honestly you could talk about dogs all day. If you come look for Karen you will not regret it. read more

Sit n sleep has been in Santa Clarita valley for years. I been here a couple times about 15 years ago when I moved up on sagecrest circle prior to the earthquake as a baby, it is near where chuys used to be before they fell apart and drifted away. My parents bought their last bed here. It was clearance of a floor model of beauty rest. At first, when we laid in that mattress it was fluffy, but it has sagged over time and it became terrible but they use it still. I bought my recent mattress here as I had a $50 hybrid mattress before from Ashley previously used at a swap meet over 20 years ago and the mattress was already 20 years old. So overall the mattress is over 40 years old till this day and it sucked then and sucks more now. It had springs that were low quality and it was about 200$ at the time if it was bought new. Saved myself about 150$ as the seller claims it was used only twice before I got it. It was so horrible I had to purchase a topper from sure2sleep which although very comfortable has destroyed my back and I had severe back and neck pain. The pillows I purchased were latex ones from therapeutic which was very comfortable but had an odor unbearable to breathe in at night. With a pillow cover, it prevented the smell slightly. It had tons of tiny holes in it. I recently purchased a tempur pedic luxe adapt soft on clearance for about $2000 and it has been night and day better than that hybrid. I also purchased the signature Ultratech with Tercel (100$), purple harmony (200$) and honeydew scrumptious pillows($150) which were really pricey. The honeydew one that is crescent shaped was the best one because it was cool to the touch on my head, comfortable and came with the pillow cover. The tempurpedic bed so far has been okay. It isn't the best model of tempurpedic, but it is reducing my aches and pain in my neck and back. I'm a side and back sleeper, so adjusting the pillows and the mattress have been accommodating to my sleep well so far. Loretta and Dennis were my helpers and they were understanding and knowledgeable about my concerns. Inside is clean and I'll probably get the body honeydew pillow since I like the honeydew brand better than purple. The purple mattresses were good too, but longevity was an issue. Went with the tempur pedic and couldn't be happier. read more

I bought three mattresses from SnS the first we had over 15 years no problem.. Second mattress failed in 4 years but they refused to exchange because they said there was a stain, no stain just reflection in picture, still I had to buy a third mat with little discount to an upgraded mattress costing more.. this mattress has failed in less then a 3 year also the boxspring they gave failed also.. but they refused to honor the 10 year warranty. I have a 2" indent on mattress, and I only sleep on this part time because I sleep at fire station half the week.. I will never buy anything from this company read more

Several years ago, I purchased an adjustable bed from Sit 'n Sleep. Over time, I began experiencing issues with the base. Whenever I adjusted it up or down, it emitted a whining noise. Eventually, I heard loud popping sounds, which continued until the base completely stopped working. Additionally, I noticed significant divots forming in the mattress--far beyond normal wear and tear. Fortunately, I had purchased a 10-year extended warranty for the entire setup, so I reached out to Guardian Protection Plan, the company handling the warranty. Dealing with Guardian Protection Plan was a nightmare. I initially submitted my claim through their website, providing all the necessary details, including my invoice. I expected a prompt response, but after a month of silence, I had to repeatedly follow up via calls and emails just to get any acknowledgment. It took several months of persistence before they finally scheduled a technician to inspect my mattress and base. During this time, I was unable to use my adjustable bed, which was particularly difficult for me as I rely on it due to being in a wheelchair. When the technician finally arrived, he determined that the base needed to be replaced and also recommended a new mattress, as it had developed a large hole. Despite my hesitation, I had no choice but to go back to Sit 'n Sleep for a replacement under the warranty. I received a new adjustable base--though from the same manufacturer--and a different mattress. This new setup was delivered in late 2022. By mid-2024, the base had started whining and creaking again. I reached out to Sit 'n Sleep, who referred me back to Guardian Protection Plan. I submitted a claim in December 2024, but by January 2025, I had not received any response. Meanwhile, the base began making the same loud popping noises as before. Frustrated, I submitted another claim and contacted Sit 'n Sleep's customer service to see if they could expedite the process. Their response? There was nothing they could do--I had to go through the claims process again. Now, in early March 2025, I have finally received an email from Guardian Protection Plan--only to be asked for the same invoice and serial number I had already submitted multiple times. Once again, I am resending the documents, feeling like I'm stuck in an endless loop with no real resolution in sight. If I were to purchase another mattress and adjustable base in the future, I would think twice about where I buy it. While Sit 'n Sleep handles a high volume of sales, my experience has shown that they do not prioritize customer care when issues arise. read more

We purchased our Tempur-Pedic mattress back in 2013 from Sit 'n Sleep back in 2013 and had a great experience. I've been suffering intermittently with sever back pain. I started to think the mattress might be causing or contributing to the pain since I woke up so stiff. I spoke to my acupuncturist, and he said that he did not recommend memory foam for lower back pain. We went to Sit 'n Sleep last weekend and were helped by Loretta. She was extremely helpful and patient as we tried the different mattresses. She also put us on a machine that analyses your body and makes recommendations. We chose the Technogel Estasi III, a medium-firm gel mattress. We ordered it Saturday afternoon and were sleeping on it Monday night (delivery guys were great by the way). After 10 years of having a mattress, need a new one. Stopped first at Mattress Firm and met the typical salesman, then left after an hour. My wife stated let's go to Sit'n Sleep as that's where we purchased our mattress last time. Was greeted by Brian and first thing he assisted me in finding what did I purchase from them 10 years ago so I can I can compare. That's one thing I was very impressed with, is their ability to track historical sales. Brian was not a salesman at all. He assisted me in finding what I was looking for since I was already an informed consumer. Left there after spending a few thousand dollars, but the experience and sale was very valuable.
