Very disappointed my delivery so call schedule to be delivered today but yet the store didn't know that they where issues with my order. David the so call manager couldn't do nothing or find a way to help and make sure the delivery could still happen today. I went even as nice to ask if I could be first delivery tomorrow he has no control over delivery company. We came in for a King Size Mattress because our old one was worn out. Jordan Ngo took care of us. He showed us several beds ,let me and my girlfriend try out our preferred sleeping positions on each one, and gave us some tips on keeping our mattress comfortable for us depending on the room temperature. We purchased two mattresses and box springs a couple of weeks ago, and were very happy with our service from Jesse, the store manager, who helped us. At that time, we purchases a new bed frame for the Queen bed, but not for the Cal King bed, because we had a Headboard and Footboard. Upon moving in to our new home, we realized we had not measured the space correctly, and after 5 days of uncomfortable, tight space, we called the store, and ordered the same frame as we had for the Queen. They were prompt in the delivery, and the two young gentlemen, T35, Jose, and Moises were exceptionally polite, beyond helpful, and careful navigating the frame up the tight staircase. They carried the Head and Foot boards downstairs, and were so cheerful and accommodating, as my husband could have never gotten them down himself. We highly recommend this store, and if possible, deal with Jesse, and his professional, friendly crew, Moises and Jose. read more

At his suggestion, we used their Bed Match system to calculate the firmness of matress that would be best for both of us. Then Jordan patiently showed us each of the matresses that matched our firmness rating. We took our time trying out many matresses, and we really appreciated Jordan's style in not being pushy at all, but staying close enough to answer our questions. I had come in the week prior to Memorial Day weekend to check out some beds. I was helped by Wyatt who was very friendly and nice. I wasn't ready to buy yet and said I would come back that weekend. Wyatt gave me and my boyfriend his business card and said he would throw in some free sheets for us as well. We were so excited to come back. When we came back on Memorial Day. We stood around for an hour while the sales people walked back and forth helping people who came in after us. We knew EXACTLY what we wanted already and we had to stand there watching people hemming and hawing over beds. FINALLY, Wyatt finishes with two customers and does their paperwork before he comes to us. It was like we were invisible as we stood there watching employees walk right by us not even acknowledging us. Once Wyatt sits down with us to process the payment, he states that the free sheets deal was over. Ok... that's convenient! Although Wyatt was nice and friendly the first time around, and eager to make a sale, obviously it was only when the store was empty and the employees weren't scrambling to make a commission on their sales. This was an amazing store and company to do business with from a customer experience perspective. I have never shopped with Sit n' Sleep but I am well aware of their brand through advertising. I was in the market for a new mattress, mine being 10yrs old and I did my research, I narrowed it down to a couple of upper-mid to upper class matress brands. Now, not every Sit n' Sleep retail location might have all the exact models you need to consider on the floor, (but in most cases they can be ordered, and easily determinable through their website for floor models, and if you dont see it call to check warehouse availability). I would however suggest going to a big box retailer if you need that has all models on display to thoroughly test and try out your options - if you are looking for an upper-mid range to high range mattress there are no discounts anywhere, you pay what you pay, but what Sit n' Sleep makes up for are a few things even though they might not have the floor space of large department stores: 1. Options 2. Consistency 3. Consulatative approach Let me start off with Consistency: Every single mattress was on an adjustable base, which was not only nice but I think the eventual future of bedding. They not only have a variety of technology to determine your best fit (you would probably already know this for the most part from your extensive experience & research - which will likely be confirmed and nice to know anyway), but they actually have the technology on display (coils, foam, gel, everything)! Big box retailers don't have this, nor do they have any or very little adjustable base options. You can read about it, but here you can actually see, feel and be educated about them. Consultative Approach: The big box retailer had very good sales people, but felt like they were dealing with 1-3 customers at a time, because they were so good it didn't bother me, they showed a good amount of options, took time to understand my needs, gave good advice but ultimately felt like just a salesperson. Sit n' Sleep had a more thoughtful and consultative approach, they reccomended multiple options, had more in depth manufacturer and warranty knowledge and it didn't feel like they were going along reccomendations that reflected your budget, but more of a legitimate range of reccomendations based on preference and comfort. Also, our Salesperson Bill was a manager, not only did he not only gave us undivided and personalized experience, but I got the feeling that everyone Bill managed would be of the same caliber because that is the kind of operation he seemed to run. Yelp reviews seem to confirm this too. Options: Less floor models but way more options, I would reccomend going to a big box retailer with all the options on the floor you are looking at, do your research, know what you are thinking, try it out and then go to Sit n' Sleep for next level experience and education. This way you know what you want feel wise, but will get the next level education to make an informed decision on the brand and models you are considering, even on the slight chance they dont have your exact model there are comparable options to try. Also, they have way more options in features, price points, accessories - like pillows up into adjustable base options. Depending on what you are looking for you aren't looking for a major discount because the upper level of manufacturers and options are priced accordingly across the market, even if it is one of the major sales times like Labor Day, etc. The manufacturer has already discounted or given the most deals. But the different options in decision making and in accessories make the difference. Big box retailers dont have a choice and follow what they can provide, Sit n' Sleep has more options and customization experience. Huge thanks to Bill and Team, I'll be coming back soon for other accessories and probably an adjustable base which I'm already regretting not getting; these are not the guys you need to see every 10yrs for a mattress, there are lots of other products and upgrades they provide. It's the difference between a big box retailer that has zero flexibility and a family owned business that has the right customer approach, I know where I'd spend my money in the end. Plus, you spend half your life sleeping, and this store makes it less likely to make a bad decision on a big purchase and much easier to enjoy! read more

Mattress shopping is like shopping for a new vehicle. Went to this location as I have been shopping around for a new mattress. Jordan who assisted was extremely helpful in asking what I needed and gave me space in trying things out. He showed me different examples of the type of bed I could be looking for as well as demonstrated the positives of an adjustable bed and explained the different type of box spring needed based on the bed frame purchasing. We even did the bed match to analyze the type of bed needed. He did try to help me out with a deal base on the additions plus it was wonderful the mattress chosen was already on sale.
