These are very patient people! Jesse Hart Flooring was our installer, and we were beyond happy with the expertise of this professional team. Jesse, Avery and Joel were so friendly, considerate and skilled laying out the floor. No gaps, cuts were precise and close around everything. They did the entire house with only one transition to different type of flooring. There are no transitions between rooms or closets or into bathrooms, under doorways or around bookcases. It is one smooth, continuous, beautiful Odyssey floor! There are no obvious patterns or planks laid in the same places across the floors. These guys are pros! I had been looking for someone to put a pet door in the wall of my house since early September. I…read morecalled so many numbers, from online, handyman referrals, books, cards, etc. Handyman 101 was the only one that bothered to return my call. However, they advised me they were booked until after the new year. I settled in to having to wait a couple months longer. Much to surprise, I was called a couple of days ago, and told they had a handyman that could fit me into his schedule. I hoped I was getting a good one, as he was going to be cutting a hole in my outside wall. Well I had nothing to worry about, as Michael did an outstanding job. I could not ask for better. It ran over the time a bit, but there were a few unforeseen complications, which is always par for the course on many projects. Also, I never took the dog door kit out of the box from the company I ordered it from. That was my bad, because I had a long discussion with the representative when purchasing it. It was about the height I needed to order. She insisted I needed a larger one from the the measurements of my largest dog, than what I was planning to order. It turned out to be much larger than I needed/wanted. It took Michael some creative cutting off of trim on the outside wall to make look okay, along with moving things within the wall that were in the way when cutting through. As soon as we called Bryant at Sea Starr our problems were over. He answered the call himself and came promptly the next morning. It turns out that we couldn't have fixed it ourselves, because the refrigerant in the outside had leaked and had to be topped up. He also replaced a small Cadet wall heater that had died. We are warm and toasty now. The bill was very reasonable. Thanks Sea Starr! PS - Bryant is a licensed and bonded contractor who can do lots of things we need. We'll be calling him again!

We called Treeworks to cut back some tree branches that were laying on our roof. We received a call…read moreback within an hour, and they were able to come by 30 minutes later to look at the job. Amazingly they took care of it right away. They were very professional; reasonably priced; did a nice job; and cleaned up all of the debris. We're very happy with their work. They trimmed, got up on the roof to get the tall trees hanging over the roof cut back, cleaned the roof from all the debris and also the ground. But they certainly came through and did an awesome job!!! Glad we waited for them!!!!! Was worth it!!!
