After calling Paul over at K&D, he drove to my home the next morning to pick it up and provide a free diagnostic to figure out what was wrong. By the next day, he found the issue and gave me a very fair quote for replacement parts and repairs and got the laptop back to me by the next week (told him this wasn't a rush job, otherwise I'm sure I would have gotten it back sooner). My system had to go in for repair and they had me running again and delivered the next day. Upon delivery they hooked everything back up for me and tested everything to make sure all my devices worked. Staff is super knowledgeable and answered any questions I had,rates were reasonable and the service was excellent
